Access Auditing & Disability Awareness Training

Access Audits

Access Audits identify barriers to access for disabled people when using buildings. Our audit reports will advise you on how to make reasonable and effective improvements to make your buildings accessible to more people –also known as ‘reasonable adjustments’.

Our Access Audit report will provide information clearly, describing the barrier identified, a recommendation on how to remove or reduce the barrier, the priority of the recommendation, the nature of the recommendation, and an indicative cost band. Each recommendation is cross referenced to the relevant sections of current British Standards and Part M of the Building Regulations for further guidance. In addition, each report contains guidance on your duties under the Equality Act (2010).

We undertake audits on projects relating to large property portfolios down to a single dentist surgery. We operate nationally.
